What Works Scotland ‘Prevention’ Evidence, Finance Committee, Scottish Parliament, March 4 2015

Video film of evidence by myself and James Mitchell to the Finance Committee evidence session on ‘prevention’ and ‘preventative spending’. Our session begins at 1 hour and 6 minutes into the video and lasts about 48 minutes.  The alternative title is the ‘return of the hip young dudes’ – a somewhat mickey-taking phrase adopted by the chair that will become clear if you watch. Beware the over-use of jargon.
